Join us this Saturday, August 22 at 9:00am for the annual Gatorade Scrimmage at SMNW! Come get a sneak peek at our teams and get ready to cheer on the Cougars! Admission is free but we are requesting a donation of a multi-pack of Gatorade or similar sports drink beverage per family. These drinks will help fuel the team all season long.

Football parents - please register your student-athlete on Bound ASAP! There are A LOT of players not signed up.

Once registered- you will go through the forms like, KSHSSA eligibility, concussion statement form, transportation form etc. Then you need to upload page 4 of the physical packet. Make sure it is signed in all the correct places. These MUST on file for your student to practice on Mon. Aug 17!
