Open mats are a great opportunity to step on the mats and get a taste of what you can learn during the program, or feel free to just stop by and chat with the instructors

We are proud to announce our Empowered Together Program!

This 6 week program, running from May 27th to July 1st is designed specifically for moms & daughters to learn self-defense side by side.
Tailored for seniors and recent graduates, this program strengthens your mother-daughter connection while giving you both the confidence and tools to protect yourselves wherever life takes you.

We'll be having open mats from 9-10:30 am!

Stop by any time during open mat to learn about the program, talk to the instructor, or step out onto the mats for a gentle introduction that's perfect for beginners. We hope to see you there!
