100 CLASSES FOR EMILY!

Emily is one of our Founding Trainers and she officially joined the 100 Club yesterday! She is only the second person in our studio to hit this milestone!

We’re so proud of her, not only for the energy she brings to every class she coaches, but for the commitment she brings when she’s on the other side of the room, too.

One of our favorite things about our FS8 team is that our trainers don’t just coach this workout — they genuinely believe in it, love it, and choose it for themselves. They show up, put in the work, and experience the same challenge, progress, and community right alongside our members.

Emily, we love seeing you on the mic AND on the mats. Congratulations on 100 classes — such an amazing milestone!
