I want to get angry at the world... I want to hate the world... when a good man is taken... but evil is left behind.

It never makes sense... you never know how someone will impact your life... simple conversations... or deep thoughts. It can all be taken away in a split second.

1. Social media is often flooded with highly edited pictures.
2. People only show the good... they create a false vision of what their life may look like... and then they tell you how your life should be.

The world of social media is part of our lives... good or bad. It's filtered to what we want to see, often hiding the truth.
⬇️
Then you get guys who tell you... you HAVE to drink hydrogen water... you HAVE to only eat grass-fed, organic food... in reality... it doesn't always work that way.
⬇️
If you're following someone who tells you it has to be a certain way... then makes you feel like crap if you don't do it their way... maybe look somewhere else...
⬇️
On the other hand, sometimes you need to hear the hard truth.

The bottom line is the only person you need to answer to is you... listen to your body...listen to people you trust. Don't become overwhelmed by the fantasy world of social media...

And yes... I'm ok... trying to build the best version of myself constantly can take a toll sometimes...
