The UIL softball season begins Monday. Here are some of the top returning players in the San Antonio area to watch for 2026.

And just like that the 🥎 season has started and the Lady Panthers start off with a W coming out on top in an unusually high scoring game. Congrats to Shelbi Stevens on her first 3️⃣ homeruns 💥 of the season and to freshman Peyton Cisneros on her first win in the circle ⭕️ for the lady Panthers.

Other highlights include:

🥎 Cadee Zimmer went 2 for 3 with 2 doubles, one stolen base, 1 RBI and 3 runs scored
🥎 Kennedy Seek went 3 for 5 with 2 doubles, 3 runs and 2 RBI

The Golf Team competed at the Floresville Invitation earlier this week.

The girls team finished 4th place with a team score of 410.
This team consists of Landri Wilson, Katie Gosch, Ella Garnand, Sonia Chen and Rylee Thompson.

Landri Wilson also finished in 3rd place overall out of 64 golfers with a score of 80.

The boys team finished 4th place with a team score of 332.
This team consists of Jake Kirk, Evan Rodriguez, Jayden Montoya, Korbin Benes, and Quinn Stanley.

Jake Kirk also finished 1st place overall out of 84 golfers with a score of 74.

The Navarro High School golf team competed in the Devine Invitational for the first tournaments of the season.

The Girls team finished in 4th place out of 18 teams with a score of 423.
This team consists of Landri Wilson, Sonia Chen, Katie Gosch, Ella Garnand and Rylee Thompson.

Landri Wilson also finished 5th place overall out of 94 golfers with a score of 91.

The Boys team finished 2nd place out of 25 teams with a team score of 325.
This team consists of Jake Kirk, Evan Rodriguez, Quinn Stanley, Kopeland Katzer, and Carter Alyea.

Jake Kirk also finished 1st place overall out of 133 golfers with a score of 68.
