Secured the silver 🥈 in Dublin 🇮🇪

Blessed with the opportunity to compete internationally and make some awesome memories with my teammates from & 👊🏼🍀

Thankful for my wife for being my co-pilot and supporting me as well as the coaches/teammates that continue to push me daily 🙏🏼

There is more work to be done before the next competition but as always the goal is 🥇😤💯

Today alongside my brother and teammate .timebomb, I was awarded my black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

I’m honored to be promoted by my professors and .

Extremely grateful for the students and teammates that I share the mats at with weekly.

I’m indebted to my training partners past and present for the lessons and memories. Thankful for the journey this martial art has afforded me.
