Hitting is one of the hardest things to do in sports.
A fraction of an inch decides everything.
Barrel slightly under it? Pop up.
Slightly over it? Ground ball.
Same swing... completely different result.
And every time it doesn't go your way, someone's ready to tell you what you did "wrong."
But the truth is-
You're trying to square up a moving object at high speeds, with spin, timing, and pressure.
It's not about chasing "perfect mechanics."
It's about consistently getting the barrel to the right spot... at the right time.
That's what elite hitters do.
Stop guessing. Stop changing things every swing.
Build a swing that's repeatable under pressure. If you’re struggling, try lowering your efforts and focus on being deliberate with your direction and intent. A lot of times your 80% effort swing with high intent and focus on bat path and ex*****on is much more effective than a 100% effort swing. Happy hitting! ⚾️
