Join us for a packed summer.
June 6: Cappy’s booth at Pride in the Park. Sign up to volunteer or just come stop by! We will be selling merch, giving boxing and self defense demonstrations, having Photo Booth fun, and more! 12-7pm in Cal Anderson.

June 27: Sizzler Saturday! Join us for exhibition fights and Rock Steady demonstrations. Link to sign up in bio.

June 28: join the Cappy’s float in the pride parade! We will have live sparring, marching, and shield holding!
