These results are shocking!

But many of us here have felt it for ourselves, and it's AMAZING to see research starting to catch up with our own lived experiences.

This meta-analysis compared the effects of all types of movement, SSRI's, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and more.

Dance consistently out-performed every other modality when it came to:

🩷 Improved mental health symptoms
🩷 Better sense of wellbeing
🩷 Increase in overall health
🩷 Richer social life

We would love to see more research done across all age groups, but this is exciting evidence of how much dance can make a difference 🥰

The world needs more dancing,
So go get your groove on!
