Have you been coming to MOOV for a while and you want a challenge? Here’s what to expect when you sign up for an Advanced class! This 1-hour long class will leave you shaking, but you’ll feel so strong when you leave the studio!

You have 3 chances every week to take Advanced—Mondays and Wednesdays at 7pm and Saturday mornings at 11am.

Did you notice the huge jar of candy hearts at the front desk? Next time you’re in studio, grab a sticky note and write down your name and how many candy hearts you think are in the jar, and you might just win a prize!

This is just one of the games we’ll play and announce the winner for at our Galentines party. You don’t have to be present to win, but all attendees do get an extra guess!
