I eat out a lot and it’s not always what you’d consider clean. How do I make it work and stay lean ?

* I know my caloric maintenance calories and how much energy I burn daily.

* I have an overall structure I follow and I have learned what I can get away with and still hit my goals

* Even when I’m cheating on my diet sometimes I’m still winning because I customize / tweak my orders. Add/ remove something usually to knock fat calories off.

I make it work for me not against me.

* I get in just the right amount of cardio to create a manageable effortless deficit without wasting energy I don’t have.

* I don’t go wild with portions on higher calorie food. I eat some greasy foods never binge.

My client came to me already some
years deep into a long weight loss journey.
He had dropped from 300+lbs to 233lbs by eating 100% clean and training 6-7x a week.
He had plateaued and was struggling to make further progress. We sat down and addressed some key training principles, made some small tweaks to an already very good diet and got to work!

Fast forward 5-6 months of dedication and consistency adhering to a customized and goal specific training routine and diet plan we are down 38lbs of body fat and boy fat only.
We are now switching focus to building lean tissue.
