I eat out a lot and it’s not always what you’d consider clean. How do I make it work and stay lean ?
* I know my caloric maintenance calories and how much energy I burn daily.
* I have an overall structure I follow and I have learned what I can get away with and still hit my goals
* Even when I’m cheating on my diet sometimes I’m still winning because I customize / tweak my orders. Add/ remove something usually to knock fat calories off.
I make it work for me not against me.
* I get in just the right amount of cardio to create a manageable effortless deficit without wasting energy I don’t have.
* I don’t go wild with portions on higher calorie food. I eat some greasy foods never binge.
