Hello Parents,
We have a lot of players registered for the 5th and 6th grade team! We will be having Tryouts to make the BEST teams possible this year.

Try out dates @ Island Trees Middle School will be Sept 22 and Sept 23

5th Grade 7-8

6th Grade 8-9

Please try to make both dates, we know some kids may have religion.

No parents allowed in the gym, only coaches are welcome to stay.

What a finish! The St. James 4th-grade girls basketball team scored a dramatic 13–11 come from behind victory last night. Reagan H. delivered the game winner with just 40 seconds left on the clock. That’s 2 wins in a row. Way to go girls!

St. James has opened registration for CYO Basketball, welcoming both boys and girls from 3rd through 8th grade. As we grow and expand, I welcome my new girls coordinator Gary Giersbach and my new boys coordinator Annmarie Darcy. As of this year, we will no long take requests to be on a certain team. St James is striving to create a program that offers a more organized and competitive environment.
Our goal is to build balanced, competitive rosters by matching every athlete with a team and division that aligns with their current skill level. To ensure a fair evaluation, tryouts will be conducted by our independent trainers rather than team coaches. These trainers will collaborate with our Program Directors to finalize rosters. Please note that we cannot accommodate any individual placement requests (friend requests) our absolute focus is setting up every child in an environment where they can best grow, learn, and succeed.
