Lat Pulldowns.
Simple. Strong. Great for posture.
Most women don’t train their back enough.
That can lead to poor posture, shoulder discomfort, and weakness over time.
Lat pulldowns help you:
• Strengthen your upper back
• Improve posture
• Build pulling strength
• Support shoulder stability
This is the kind of strength that helps you move better every day.
You don’t need heavy weight.
You need good form and consistency.
Start with:
✔ 2–3 sets of 8–12 reps
✔ Pull elbows down, not behind you
✔ Keep your chest lifted
✔ Move slow and controlled
This is how you build a stronger back and better posture.
