📢Did you know that mastering the safety exit can be a lifesaving skill? 🌟🏊‍♂️ It's one of the first skills we teach in our Parent-Tot, Toddler Transition classes, as well as in Beginner 1 and Beginner 2 levels, helping swimmers learn how to climb out of the pool independently.

In honor of Baby Safety Month, we want to empower both swimmers and parents with confidence, both in the pool and at home. Here’s how you can practice this vital skill at home:

Practice the "elbow, elbow, tummy, knee" motion when climbing onto a bed or couch 🛏️ Have your little one practice pushing up on the edge of the bed to strengthen their arms for climbing out of the pool 💪

Did you know that blowing bubbles in the water is a key step in helping your little one learn to submerge their face? 🌊✨ In honor of Baby Safety Month, here are some fun ways to practice this skill at home:

In the bathtub, have your child put their lips in the water and blow bubbles 🛁💦 Try blowing into a straw, whistle, balloon, or harmonica 🎈🎶 Blowing actual bubbles with a wand is also a great way to practice- how fun is that?!

This essential skill is introduced in our Parent-Tot classes and out Toddler Transition classes. We also prioritize these skills in our Beginner 1 and Beginner 2 levels. Dive into these activities and help your swimmer get ready for their next lesson! 🏊‍♂️🌟
