𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁: A glass of wine occasionally won’t derail your fat loss goals if you balance it with good nutrition and exercise.

𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁: While hormonal differences exist, the principles of strength training and fat loss apply to both sexes. Women don’t need special exercises to see results. I train both similarly.

𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁: While 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗼 burns 𝙘𝙖𝙡𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨, 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 boosts 𝙢𝙚𝙩𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙢, 𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙚𝙨 𝙢𝙪𝙨𝙘𝙡𝙚, and 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙜-𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙢 𝙛𝙖𝙩 𝙡𝙤𝙨𝙨. A balanced approach is key. For beginners I like a blend of 3 days of cardio and 2 days of strength training. This ratio changes the more fit you become.
