For over 10 years, I knew something felt off with my hormones. I didnât even get a period naturally until my gyno put me on birth control at 15.
I also dealt with:â¨â˘ anxietyâ¨â˘ bloatingâ¨â˘ poor sleepâ¨â˘ extremely irregular periodsâ¨â˘ feeling exhausted all the timeâ¨â˘ feeling like my body was working against me
And for the longest time, I thought it was just ânormalâ or my doctors would tell me I didnât have to worry about it until I wanted to have a babyâŚ.crazy work.
It wasnât until I was 28 and was determined to figure out what was going on with my body, that I was finally diagnosed with PCOS/PMOS.
And honestly, while the diagnosis brought up a lot of emotions, it also brought something I hadnât had in a long time:
Answers and clarity.
Suddenly, everything started making sense.
And even more importantly, I realized that my body wasnât broken.
It just needed a different type of support.
That diagnosis completely changed the trajectory of my life and ultimately led me to become a hormone health coach so I could help other women who feel like theyâre stuck, frustrated, and exhausted from trying to figure it all out on their own.
If youâve been dismissed, told your symptoms are normal, or feel like something just isnât right...
Keep advocating for yourself.
You deserve answers.
And if youâve recently been diagnosed, I want you to know something:
This isnât the end of the story.
Itâs the beginning of understanding your body in a whole new way đ¤
