Any SMS or SCHS student interested in running on the cross country teams this fall is invited to attend our pool party this Wednesday, 7/29. It is at the Schuyler pool from 9-11pm and is free to attend. Hope to see you there!

The Warrior Cross Country pool party for tomorrow night (Wednesday, 7/22) will be postponed due to the forecasted weather. A new date and time will be announced soon!

Reminder, we will not meet next week (June 29th-July 5th) for Summer running. You can still run on your own or in groups and track your miles during this time. Enjoy the 4th of July holiday and we'll resume our normal schedule at 7am on Monday, July 6th.

No summer running tomorrow due to potential thunderstorms in the area, see you Monday Warriors!

Due to forecasted thunderstorms in the area tomorrow morning, summer running will be canceled for Thursday, June 11th. Weather permitting we will be back to our regular schedule on Monday morning, June 15th at 7am at the SCHS track.

Warrior summer running starts next Monday (6/1) at 7am at the SCHS track. All Warrior athletes entering grades 7-12 are welcome!

Summer strength and conditioning starts next Tuesday, May 26th. We’d like to see as many cross country and track athletes up there getting stronger and faster! This is how we get better in the offseason. I am attaching the flyer with the schedule. Summer running will start Monday, June 1st.

Good luck to the Warrior Cross Country teams as they compete in the B-4 District races in Overton today. Girls run at 12:30pm and boys will start at 1:30pm. Go Warriors!
