Energy work isn’t just for the moments you feel low. It can also support when life feels GOOD creating space for you to move through life grounded, empowered & fully in your own energy ❤️‍🔥

Energetic protection practices are SO important. As a sensitive girlie, I didn’t realize how easily I was absorbing other people’s emotions, stress and energy. Learning the difference between your energy, everyone else’s & how to protect it is key

Scarcity mindset is very real in this space. I’ve come across territorial practitioners over different situations 😬 it all gives me the ick. I truly believe the people we are meant to support will naturally be drawn to you. Who cares if there are 10 practitioners in one building! Look at doctors offices. I promise there’s room for all of us ✨

We all charge different rates, every energetic exchange is different. Find someone you genuinely feel aligned with, safe with and comfortable receiving from.

Discernment takes practice. Pay attention to how your body responds to certain people, places, situations & conversations.

Your witch wound will be tested. People will think you’re weird af, crazy, or messing with darkness simply because they don’t understand what they’ve never experienced.

It can feel lonely at times. Awakening shifts your perspectives, relationships, boundaries, interests. But eventually you find your tribe, your soul fam and let me tell you some of the deepest most real connections come from those relationships

You don’t actually NEED energy work, a practitioner or coach to feel whole again. I know I know 😅 I’m not knocking this & yes there are moments where guidance, support/different perspectives help us move through life. I feel that pull too. BUT over time the deeper lesson becomes realizing that the power, wisdom and magic were within you all along. The right support helps you feel more connected to yourself, empowered and sovereign. YOU are the secret sauce. You are the f*cking magic. Anyone claiming to heal or fix you is full of it.

Our role as spiritual mentors and guides is to HOLD SPACE, educate, support your growth and help you reconnect with your own inner power🔥

Sometimes we get stuck in the how, the what ifs, the self doubt, questioning ourselves, am I making the right choice?

We forget the little nudges our bodies guided us towards, the gut feelings, the quiet voice that led us here in this moment.

This is your reminder to let that noise settle. To trust that you were led here for a reason and that no matter what you’re held, guided, protected, and YES YOU ARE ON THE RIGHT PATH. Trust more. Trust that things are unfolding in your favor. And keep reminding the universe to show you how good life can get. ✨
