Hi Volleyball Families!! We just wanted to send out some important information about some upcoming events and fundraisers!! 👚 Knoch Apparel!! Only 2 days or so to get your orders in, so if you wanted something for the season don’t hesitate, get your order in!
🏐 Fill My Volleyball!! If you have not turned in your funds raised from this fundraiser, please do so, we would like to have them in by the end of camp on Friday, August 21st
🥩 Meat Raffle Fundraiser! We are also gearing up for one of our final fundraisers (besides our breast cancer fundraiser in October 🩷) our Thoma’s Meat Raffle! We will be getting the tickets handed out to everyone during the week of Boot Camp!
🍝 Spaghetti Dinner! We will be hosting a spaghetti dinner for the girls on Sunday, August 23rd, 5 PM at the Plantation Clubhouse so be sure to mark your calendars!
🥨 Concession Stand Volunteers and Food Donations! Keep an eye out for a email about the concession stand. We ask everyone to sign up for a time-slot to work the concession stand during the games. We will be sending out, 2 Sign Up Genius one for working the concession stand and another for food donations to help stock it up! We need all your help to make the concession stand a success and run smoothly!!
🍕 Boot Camp Lunches!! An email was sent out to all about who is coordinating their class lunches. If you can help your class coordinator out by contributing food, funds, or helping serve lunch that day, please be sure to reach out to them! Thank you all, we know the girls truly appreciate all the yummy food during Boot Camp!
🪧 Sponsorships!! We are looking for some sponsorships, do you have or know of any businesses that would like the contribute, to our shirts, senior night programs, etc.? Let us know if you or any business may be interested!! 💻 Registration!
Coach Geist sent out a email about registration, so don’t forget to get your registration done for Fall Volleyball on Arbiter.
