Big week ahead for the Jaguars! 🐆

We’ve got a busy slate, starting with our first indoor practice of the fall season. Guaranteed time to get a ton of work in—hitting off the machines and throwing bullpens without worrying about weather call-offs.

Thursday night we’re taking our role in Jag family serious and supporting our fellow Jaguars and support the boys and girls volleyball teams. 🏐

Then on Saturday, we head to Liberty County for our first fall games. Playing on turf means weather shouldn’t mess with our schedule either.
Three solid events on deck that are practically weather-proof. Looking forward to a great week! 🙏

Here is our schedule for the week! ATTN : weights will be at 7:45 to 9 as normal. AI messed up on the graphic and we didn’t catch it.

⚾️ We are excited to give our guys five more opportunities to get better.

Reminder: We are holding a Mandatory Parent & Player Meeting on Saturday at 3:00 PM at the PB Edwards Gym.

This is the perfect time for this briefing, as we know most of our families are already planning to attend the Jaguar Friends and Family Day immediately following the meeting. It’s a great chance to talk baseball and then transition right into supporting the Volleyball and Basketball programs! See you there!

Today's baseball workout for high school and middle school players is canceled due to the high temperatures. Stay home and hydrate instead while you do your home work! High school will next be at it on Saturday from 9am to noon.

Everyone is so focused on hitting, when it comes to offense in baseball. When in reality base running is the difference maker. Unless you’re hitting homers, every run scores from base running.

THIS IS WHY WE PRACTICE BASE RUNNING EVERY SINGLE DAY! It will win and lose you ball games. Take one lead off, one moment where you’re not focused, not aggressive, could be in the first inning. Or like you see here with the game on the line. That’s all it takes to go from a win to a loss or a loss to a win.

Base running is one of the greatest skills a baseball player can have.

FALL BALL IS OFFICIALLY UNDERWAY NEXT WEEK!!! All players 8th - 12th grade are welcomed to come out to our fall ball workouts and lifts. Our roster limits are 67% Homeschool/students who go to schools without baseball programs and 33% regular public/private students. So any and all are welcomed for now to come out and get better while earning your spot on our spring roster.

Fall ball hasn’t even started and we’ve got 4/5 opportunities this week for our players to grind and get closer to achieving their goals!

We understand how important this time period is for a baseball player/young man. If you’re looking for a program that will pour into you, get the most out of you on and off the field. The Savannah Jags are here and growing!!

The Savannah Adult Baseball League is gearing up for another exciting fall season, and we're looking to make this our biggest one yet!

Whether you're a former player, new to the area, or just looking to get back on the field, now is the time to join the SABL family.

📅 Opening Day: September 13, 2026
⚾ 10-game regular season
🏆 Single-elimination playoffs
📍 Games played on Sundays (Friday nights reserved for make-up games)
👥 Hoping for 10+ teams this fall!

🏆 Who will be able to take down the Knights, our Fall 2025 SABL Champions! They'll be looking to defend their title this season, but every team will be chasing the championship.
