Guilford Fishing Team Guilford's Fishing Team is an opportunity for Rockford students to get involved in the great outdoor

The Guilford Fishing Team & Club introduces participants to concepts based around fishing and conservation. From new to experienced, members of the club learn about all aspects of outdoor recreation: fisheries biology, casting, tying fishing knots, fish feeding and movement patterns, map reading, and even camping and cooking. The club supports all anglers, and all species; bass, catfish, panfish,

muskie etc...
This is a year long Fishing Club and a Competitive Fishing Team. Club Advisor/Coach:

2026 State Finals Weigh-in Day-2 Reid & Henry brought another 5 fish limit to the scale today. They fished strong the whole event, we just needed a couple bigger fish to place higher. We ended up in 30th place behind some really strong teams. We learned alot, had fun and made some memories that will last forever.

IHSA State results are up. We are sitting at 27th out of 60 after day one. Henry and Reid fished great today we just couldn't find those 3 pounder. We have our work cut out for us tomorrow for day 2.
