REMINDER We will have a practice/jamboree this Thursday (tomorrow!) August 27 from 5-7pm at World Series Park. We have enough players for two teams this season so the goal is to split them up evenly.

Our goal will be two split the two teams in Saugus as evenly as possible. To help accomplish this, we would like to have a practice/jamboree with all 25 players this Thursday from 5-7pm at World Series Park. Afterwards, we will work on splitting up the roster into two teams. The game schedule is still be worked on with Peabody, but you can expect games during the week at World Series Park and also Saturday games.

One other announcement: there was an error on the online form and it did not collect payment from anyone. So, can you please Venmo your registration payment to -babe-ruth-01906 at your earliest convenience. PLEASE NOTE: if you played in the spring for Saugus Babe Ruth, you can use the same shirt and hat and your registration fee will be $125. However, if you need a new shirt and hat OR this is your first time playing with Saugus Babe Ruth, the registration fee will be $175. For people paying $175, please send your son's last name, preferred shirt number, and shirt size (please note Youth vs Adult for sizes) along with the payment so we can put an order in for shirts and hats ASAP.

FUNDRAISING TIME!
Saugus Babe Ruth will be out Friday night looking to drum up some donations to cover costs for the upcoming season. Last year, we operated on just registration fees and some big help from our top board members. We’ll be out at the Kowloon this Friday night from 6-10pm. Donations help cover the costs of uniforms, umpire fees, equipment, landscaping, and so many more things that keep the league going. So please come out, bring your friends and your cash and help us make Saugus Babe Ruth a success for years to come.
