Vary your runs distance and time of day . Early morning mid day and evening to acclimate to the heat. Change speeds bike and swim as alternate ways to keep training going.

The only thing I can say is reading about and watch Trump present medals to the NG guys in California that risked it all to save 240 people in the middle of fire plus going back to another one and rescue 50 more!? This is the fabric of our country not the riots, burning , looting and murder going on in these cities! Those guys deserve the admiration of the whole country for their valor!!?

My bad long time no advise for Atheletes!! So with oppressive heat make sure u keep hydrated etc it could be your life. Slow down a little early morning runs or late day so not into hard part of day!! Wear a hat carry water when done best rejuvenate is low cal chocolate milk!! Once a week sit in ice bath. To refresh your body!! Stay well and be safe!!

Looks like they are finally reopening the so called unessentials. Still don’t understand and how they decided what was what. All small businesses are essential for their owners survival. Govt has made a mockery of this. Yes it is dangerous but They could have remained open with following CDC guidelines as did the big ones. Hopefully the small guys will get back up to speed and remain a part of our community!! So this week I’m saying support your friends in their businesses let’s get them back on par!! Have a safe and great Memorial Day weekend!!
