As I watch the news about our headers I wonder who in the hell would ever consider this group again. We are in serious trouble right now . I think 25th them both and hold on till Bov before any more harm done to our nation!

Vary your runs distance and time of day . Early morning mid day and evening to acclimate to the heat. Change speeds bike and swim as alternate ways to keep training going.

The only thing I can say is reading about and watch Trump present medals to the NG guys in California that risked it all to save 240 people in the middle of fire plus going back to another one and rescue 50 more!? This is the fabric of our country not the riots, burning , looting and murder going on in these cities! Those guys deserve the admiration of the whole country for their valor!!?
