The common advice to drag the back elbow in can actually make ball striking harder. True width in your golf swing isn't about pulling hands in, but a feeling of resistance and pushing away. This maintains arm structure and delivers power. For more tips, subscribe to my YouTube channel!

90% of golfers do this….

….and this is why 90% of golfers don't get good, EVER.

They rush through setup and rush through fundamentals, which include where your weight is on the soles of your feet: not just left foot and right foot, but what part of your foot the weight is over.

This heavily impacts your balance points in the golf swing, and your golf swing is all about balance. Balance equals good contact. If you're swinging out of balance, chances are you're not hitting the ball very well.

Next time you're on the range, check where your weight is: in your heels, in your toes, or in the center of your foot.

When imperfect is the new goalβ€¦πŸ‘‡πŸ»

Recently, more and more, I find myself over-editing and not posting things, and being late on posting things I'm passionate about or that I wanted to post (simply because I feel like I haven't edited it and I didn't have time for it). As a mom, your time is extremely limited.

My goal for the rest of this year is to edit less, post more, and really try to embrace the imperfect, because I truly think this is what we all are in the best way possible. Let's stop over-editing. Let's stop trying to be overly perfect, and let's just give each other the space to be who we are, with all that comes with that.

Often, golfers get the shaft too steep and then stand up. This early extension move, where the hip comes forward, makes you lose your spine angle. Believe it or not, standing up is your body trying to help you hit the ball better, but it doesn't work long-term. Subscribe to my YouTube channel for the full tip!

Many golfers struggle with standing up in their swing, leading to early extension. This often happens when the club shaft gets too steep on the downswing. Your body tries to correct this by standing up to ensure you hit the ball, but it's a detrimental move. Focus on your shaft angle at the start of your downswing – is it steep or shallow? If it's steep, your body's natural reaction is to stand up, which can actually help shallow the club. For more in-depth golf tips, subscribe to my YouTube channel!
