Hello and welcome! Although my degree is in Sports Performance, I love to work with clients who:
1. need to improve their balance
2. are in peri-menopause or menopause
3. want to finally see results from their current strength training program.
I travel to peoples' homes, but also have a home gym and do remote/Zoom sessions as well.
My Fitness Philosophies:
-Fitness is for everybody and Every-Body.
-It is the true fountain of youth.
-Fitness can and should be an engaging and enjoyable process, while achieving desired results.
