Some seasons of motherhood feel heavy.
The kind of heavy you smile through. The kind you convince yourself you should be able to handle on your own.
For World Maternal Mental Health Awareness Day, we wore black to represent those dark seasons so many women silently walk through — postpartum struggles, anxiety, identity shifts, loneliness, and the pressure to “hold it all together.”
But we also wore black collectively, as a reminder that no woman is meant to stay there alone.
Healing happens in community. In movement. In conversations. In asking for help. In being seen. In having a village and tribe that reminds you who you are when motherhood makes you forget for a moment.
At TRIBE, we believe strength is not pretending you’re fine.
Strength is reaching for support.
Strength is letting people walk beside you.
Thankful to partner with an incredible local therapist who pours into women’s health and maternal mental wellness, helping remind women that there is light on the other side of survival mode. 🤍
You do not have to carry it all alone.
And you are never too much.
