Sometimes we can find ourselves caught in the illusion of Separateness. This is called, Maya. Maya is the limited, purely physical and mental reality in which our everyday consciousness has become entangled. Maya is believed to be an illusion.

If we can take a moment to settle into our bodies and drop below the chatter of the mind, we can sometimes recognize this illusion and turn our awarness towards, Connection and Love.

Lets be connected with each other today, and every day. Know that you are loved, wholly and unconditionally.
