Pay attention. We all have the right to peaceful protest. It’s guaranteed in our constitution. Stopping peaceful protest is an unconstitutional act.

-Didn’t know her worth ❤️‍🩹

-Sought outside validation for everything 😭

-Lacked confidence 🚩

-Had no idea what she was doing 🤪

That girl became this ➡️ woman 🙌🏻

-Knows she is of Divine Worth and has a value no dollar amount or number on the scale can define 💕

-Knows that she is valid and seeks connection/validation because she knows connection fills both parties/validation depletes 🥰

-Is confident because she knows her own worth and is her own hype woman 😍

-Still finds that sometimes she doesn’t know what she is doing but she knows where to go for direction and help 🙏🏻💕

Transformation isn’t always easy but the tiny little steps in the direction of transformation make life so much more beautiful. It’s so worth it to live a life that is more fulfilled, more purposeful, and more rewarding than any life I could have imagined for myself.

I had a mental breakthrough Friday before last. And since then it has been my commitment to myself to be who I say I am and be who I think I am.

It is counterintuitive to beat yourself up for the things you don’t do perfectly because when you focus on what you’ve done imperfectly you’re going to continue to do those behaviors.

Just as the laws of the universe explain, what you focus on multiplies. So if you focus on the things you’re doing wrong, the things you are doing wrong will multiply ..

this is why it’s so important to focus on the things that you’re doing right

When you focus on your wins, you will continue to have more wins.
