I started Eric Lauricella Coaching with a simple goal: help athletes train with intention and race with confidence.

I’ve live this sport — the hard training blocks, the breakthroughs, the setbacks. Coaching is about using that experience to guide others through their own process.

Whether it’s building a season plan, dialing in race prep, or being there when things don’t go to plan — I’m in it with my athletes every step of the way.

Sutton is heading into his second season of triathlon, and he’s already showing up with serious focus, consistency, and a hunger to improve.

We’ve just started working together and have been dialing in the structure, sharpening the goals, and building the engine. Big things are ahead this season — and I’m pumped to be part of the journey.
