Excited for this new program in our weight room and to see the growth our athletes can make this offseason.
We are excited to have a new workout program provided by Youth Athletic Performance. It will develop well-rounded high school athletes that work hard all year during in and off season workouts. Coach Clint Kerrick has started implementing it this spring and it has been well received by the girls and boys. Summer workouts will start May 26th and be held Monday through Thursday mornings 7-10AM. Sessions will start at 7 AM and then at 8:15 AM. It is open to Sanford students, grades 7th-12th.
