"My schedule has been a major challenge in most attempts I've made to eat and exercise right."

These were the first words Brandon (A busy physician) said to us after reaching out to him.

12+ hour shifts
Being on call
Working through the night and early hours
Inconsistent schedule and routines
Reaching for fast foods, unhealthy snacks and treats due to time constraints, high stress and low energy.

Brandon has also lost weight in the past with really restrictive diets, only to gain the weight back.

Well not this time buddy! Brandon is down over 60lbs while getting stronger! And whats most important is he is doing it the right way, the sustainable way this time.

Its his hard working paying off. Brandon is a great example of discipline despite a hectic schedule.
