We’re looking for one more local business (or even a wrestling family) to sponsor a hole for the Grit on the Green (Golf Outing) next Saturday! Who’s going to be our final one? Sponsorship is $220 - all proceeds will go directly towards our goal of purchasing a mat for the girls. It includes signage at the hole & a social media shout out!

Our next camp is coming up—mark your calendars! 📅🤼‍♀️

We’re excited to welcome Cadence Diduch to Sandwich High School for a 3-day wrestling camp in July!

The registration sheet will be uploaded to Google Docs soon, and we’ll share the link as soon as it’s available.

This camp is FREE for all Sandwich women’s wrestlers. Don’t miss this incredible opportunity to learn from one of the best and continue building your skills this offseason.

What an amazing group of wrestlers! These athletes worked incredibly hard over the last two days, putting in 4 hours of wrestling each day. Their effort, attitude, and willingness to learn were outstanding. We’re proud of the work they put in and excited to see how they continue to grow both on and off the mat.

Day 2 – Session 2 is Underway! 💪🤼‍♀️

The girls are back on the mat and ready to get after it for Session 2 of Day 2 at the Sandwich Wrestling Camp! After a strong morning of conditioning, technique work, and live wrestling, it’s time to keep building skills, confidence, and toughness.

Every drill, every rep, and every match is another step toward becoming a better wrestler. Proud of the effort and attitude these athletes continue to bring to the room.

Day 2 of the Sandwich Wrestling Camp is underway! 💪🤼‍♀️

We kicked off the morning with a 1-mile run, followed by technique work and a few sprints to get everyone moving. The girls are putting in the work, staying focused, and pushing themselves to improve every session.

We’ve also added some live positional wrestling, giving the athletes an opportunity to apply what they’re learning in real-time situations. The effort, attitude, and energy have been outstanding!

🥇 Day 1 of Wrestling Camp is Underway! 🥇

The mats are down, the wrestlers are working, and a great day of learning is underway! Thank you to everyone who came out to be part of this opportunity. We’re excited to see our athletes develop their skills, build confidence, and continue growing the sport of wrestling in Sandwich.

A special thank you to Shea Reisel for sharing her knowledge and experience with our wrestlers.

📣 Wrestling Camp Starts Tomorrow!

Don’t forget—our wrestling camp begins tomorrow at 9:00 AM at Sandwich High School.

📍 Check-in and drop-off will be in the High School Cafeteria.

Please arrive a few minutes early so we can get everyone checked in and ready to go. We are excited for two great days of learning, hard work, and fun with all of our wrestlers!
