Good news — yes, you can lift weights during a healthy, uncomplicated pregnancy, and it’s actually one of the best things you can do for your body and your baby when done right. The key is sensible programming, listening to your body, and not chasing PRs while growing a human. 💪✨

Of course, clearance from your healthcare provider is non-negotiable — and if you notice any warning signs like bleeding, dizziness, or unusual pain, stop and check in with your doc.
