Well that’s a wrap for the Spring 2026 High School sailing season. It’s been a challenging Spring but we brought some hardware home from the Foundry Spring Regatta 3rd overall and Lola and Molly took 3rd in B division. Good luck to all our sailors as they head into the Summer travelers series. We will be rooting for you! We will get back at in in early August. Have a safe and fun Summer. The last Columbus trip marked a highlight of our spring season so far, securing 2nd place overall. Next weekend's event in Cleveland will be our last of the spring season. Sandusky Junior Sailors, Inc.

In anticipation of the summer boating season, we are pleased to announce the opening of the Sandusky Bay High School clothing store. Customers can opt for in-store pickup at Pelz Lettering or have their items shipped. By shopping with us, you will be supporting our program, as $5 from each sale will be donated back. Please note that the store will close on May 15th. We appreciate your continued support.

Well 15 to 18 knots and 40ish degrees greeted our 4 person team at the Ohio State Champions down at Hoover on Saturday. 10 to 12 (50ish) degrees today wrapped up out 2 day event. Great sailing and a ton of learning by everyone. On to Leatherlips next weekend and then finish the season at the Foundry in Cleveland.

We would like to remind you that SSC is hosting a full day of activities tomorrow, featuring high school sailing throughout the day, followed by a spaghetti dinner at 5 pm, with all proceeds benefiting the high school sailing program.

We would like to invite all our boating family and friends to a Saturday of high school sailing and then dinner. Sailing at the Sandusky Sailing Club starts at 9:45 am and will go until around 3 pm. Great viewing will be available at the end of the SSC pier. At 5:00 pm, a fundraiser dinner will kick off our drive to buy 12-420 sailboats. All proceeds from Saturday's dinner will go directly toward the purchase of these boats. Please share! Thank you to all our partners. The event is open to the public.

Molly and Coach Huntley cant wait for Spring and the High School sailing season but we are out and enjoying winter for now.
