What a great time to be a WOLF!

2025-26 was one for the books at SHS.
18 Programs - 37 Teams - 246 Student/Athletes
- 5 League Titles
- 1 Co-League Title
- 2 District Titles
- 1 Regional Title
- 1 Team State Finalist Qualifier
- 13 Individual State Finalist Qualifiers

These student-athletes put in the work, and we couldn't be more proud of what they have done for our school and community.

Thank you to all of the coaching staff and volunteers who put in thousands of hours for these student-athletes!

Thank you to all of the parents who transport their kids to and from practices, camps, clinics, games, and tournaments. You are the real MVP, and we thank you for sharing your children with us!

The Sandusky Wolves softball ended their season at the Millington District on Saturday, 5-30-2026, losing to Lakeville 1-6.
Karleigh Trowhill on the mound pitched a really good game, allowing 9 hits scattered through 7 innings, 2 BB, 7 strikeouts. The Lady Wolves had 6 hits in the game: Cora Arbaugh with a single and a double, Emma Merriman with 2 singles and 1 RBI, Morgan Hooper with a single and a walk, and Brooke Wendling with a single.

The Lady Wolves played a great game against a very strong Lakeville team. I feel this was the best pitcher we faced all season, and our girls did a great job learning on every at-bat to put the ball in play; we just couldn't get that hit with runners in
scoring position.

The Wolves softball team ended the season with a 21-13 record, 10-2 in league.

The Sandusky softball program wrapped there regular season and league play on Tuesday night 5-26-2026 with a couple wins over Capac to clinch a share of the League title 10-2 in league and 21-12 overall.

Game 1, 19-1
Jr. Karleigh Trowhill on the mound for the win allowed 2 hits, 1 BB, and struck out 4.
Game 2, 21-1
Jr. Karleigh Trowhill started on the mound for the win 0 hits, 0 BB, and 2 strike outs. Freshman Morgan Davis came on in relief 2 innings pitched allowing 3 hits, 2 BB, struck out 1.

The Lady Wolves put together 21 hits on the night, leading the pack was Fr. Morgan Hooper single, and 3 doubles, Sr. Brooke Wendling 2 singles and a triple, Jr. Taylor Tank with 2 hits, Jr. Caroline Reinke 2 doubles, So. Cora Arbaugh single and a double, Sr. Ava Kolar 2 hits, So. Emma Merriman single and a double, Freshman Adrianna DeGroat with 2 hits, Jr. Karleigh Trowhill with a double, Jr Sydney DeLong with a single.

Sandusky Lady Wolves will be playing at the Millington Districts on 5-30-2026 the action starts at 11am with Millington vs Almont, 1pm Sandusky vs Lakeville, and the Championship game to follow. Come out and support us in making a run in the post season.
