On this momentous 250th birthday of the U.S. Army, my heart is overflowing with gratitude. To have participated in the Fort Hunter Liggett 250th Army Birthday Ruck, carrying the Army colors and the memorial binder filled with the names of fallen heroes, was an immense honor. Humbled to represent the California Army National Guard (CAARNG) and Camp Roberts in this historic event. Every step was a humble tribute to their sacrifice and a powerful reminder of the enduring legacy of service. May we all continue to be inspired by their courage and dedication of all those serving, have served, have given their lives, those still supporting those who do serve. Thank you all!

"We think about quitting, but we remember who's watching." - Unstoppable Force Fitness

Our family of six knows the struggle is real. Two boys, two girls, and the daily juggle of life can make squeezing in workouts feel impossible. 4-5 am wake-ups, the whirlwind of kids and chores, and the constant pull of responsibilities... It's tempting to just give up some days.

But then we remember why we do this.

We remember the little eyes watching us, learning from our actions. We remember the future we're building, a future where we're healthy, strong, and present for our children.

We get up early. We fuel our bodies. We swap workout shifts. We find moments to train together. We embrace the interruptions, the little hands reaching for us, because this is what it's all about.

It's about setting an example. It's about showing our kids the power of dedication and self-care. It's about living a life filled with energy and vitality, so we can be the parents they deserve.

The 75 Hard challenge is tough, but so are we. And even on the days when quitting seems like the easiest option, we remember who's watching. And we keep pushing forward.

Accomplishing your goals IS HARD WORK. One way I continue to work everyday and keep myself accountable is writing the process down.

What the goal for the day was.
What I accomplished.
What the bad of the day was.
What the good was.
How I want to improve tomorrow.

Seeing the goals in writing, give clarity. I have many END GOALS and this reminds me WHY I am doing this and WHY I continue to.
