Stretching feels good. I get it. But if you're stretching the same muscle every single day and it's still tight by evening, something else is going on.

Chronic tightness is almost always a compensation, your body protecting something that isn't working right. The fix is finding that root cause.

If you've been stuck in this loop, drop a 💬 below, I'll point you in the right direction.

Two weeks into being his dad and I've already learned my singing voice is a certified sleep aid. 😅

He was screaming the second mom left the car.

I started singing—badly—reliving my R&B days.

But within seconds, he just stared into my eyes as I sang.

A minute later, he melted right into my chest and passed out.

And in this moment, I felt my dad.

Like he's still here living through Chariot...

It's a weird feeling, a mix of melancholy wishing I did more to help him survive.

But a feeling of bliss having 3 kids and knowing pieces of dad are present through them.

Parents—blink and they're grown.

Don't spend these years stressed or angry. Be present.

Let them feel you, hear you, even if "you" sounds like a tone-deaf dad mumbling a lullaby.

That's what they'll carry. That's what I'm carrying right now. ❤️

They don't know what 300 lbs feels like.

They just know Dad shows up.

That's the thing nobody tells you about getting strong as a parent — your kids aren't watching the weight.

They're watching whether you quit.

My daughter and son climb onto this machine every morning because to them, this is just what we do.

They have no idea I'm not training for a PR.

I'm training so that:

→ I can still carry them when they're tired at 8, not just at 2.

→ I'll be the dad on the field, not the dad in the camping chair

→ When they're grown and chasing their own lives, they remember a father who was able — present, capable, unbreakable.

→ The body that holds them now is the same body that walks her down the aisle later, or holds my son's son when he finds his soulmate.

So I refuse to hand my kids a version of me that's already fading.

This isn't vanity. It's the most selfless thing I do all week.

If you've ever felt that quiet fear — that you're slowly becoming the parent who can't keep up — that fear is not weakness.

It's a signal. Listen to it.

👇 Tell me the one thing you want to still be able to do with your kids in 20 years. Say it out loud here. That's where it starts.

Save this for the morning you don't feel like showing up. 🔖

AI is going to get someone seriously hurt.

And they'll thank it on the way down...

Every week now, someone walks into my world having already "diagnosed" themselves by feeding their MRI into a chatbot.

It read their imaging. It gave them a "comprehensive plan." It sounded confident.

And they're in more pain than when they started.

Here's what AI will never do for your body:

→ It can't watch how you actually move.

→ It can't feel where you're guarding and compensating.

→ It can't progress you as your body changes week to week.

→ And when a flare-up hits out of nowhere? It tells you to rest — which is usually the worst thing you can do.

Your MRI doesn't define your pain.

Your capacity does.

And building capacity takes a human who's done this thousands of times — not a tool that's confidently wrong.

Now… I'll give AI a little credit.

I asked it who the best PT in the Bay Area is.

It threw my name in the mix. 😏

So maybe it's not all bad.

But trusting a chatbot with your spine? That's where I draw the line.

💬 Would you let AI diagnose your pain? Be honest in the comments.

📌 Save this before you upload your MRI to a robot. And send it to the person you KNOW is already doing
it.

Doctors couldn’t help me…

At 19, I was in more pain than most people experience in a lifetime. And the hardest part wasn't the accidents, it was being told by every professional I trusted that this was just my life now.

So I went deeper. Late nights reading research, testing frameworks on my own body, tracking what moved the needle and what didn't. Years of trial, error, and staying committed to finding what actually worked.

Then one ordinary morning, I realized something had shifted. The pain that used to greet me every single day wasn't there anymore. And that moment changed everything.

I built a system around what I discovered. Used it on myself first, then brought it to the people I work with. Over 2,000 people have now used it to get out of pain and reclaim the life they thought was gone.

If you've been stuck, frustrated, and wondering why nothing seems to work, you're not broken. You just haven't found the right approach yet.

if that's the same for you, comment 'MAP' and I'll personally map out a plan to help you move forward. 👇

Your kids aren't building their habits.

They're inheriting yours.

That hit different when my 2-year-old started asking to hit the gym with me every morning. Not because I told her to. Because she watched me.

Day 12/100 — 3 discipline lessons fitness taught me that now run everything: being a dad, a business owner, a coach.

1) CONSISTENCY TRUMPS EVERYTHING

Not intensity. Not motivation. Raw, boring consistency beats it all.

I don't always get 90-minute blocks. So I find discipline in the crevices — squats while the coffee brews, movement with my kids instead of around them.

→ Fill one wasted 5-min window tomorrow with movement. Before you talk yourself out of it.

2) THEY ARE ALWAYS WATCHING

You're not just building your body. You're building the blueprint your kids will follow.

My daughter doesn't ask to train because I lectured her. She asks because she sees me show up — daily, no drama.

→ Next workout, let your kid in the room. Don't explain it. Just do it. Let proximity teach.

3) AUTOMATION ELIMINATES WORRY

I don't lie awake worrying about my health declining. Because training isn't a decision — it's automated.

I don't decide if I train. Only when. Same system runs my fatherhood and my business.

How you do one thing is how you do everything.
→ Lock one training time this week. Treat it like a meeting that never cancels.
──────────────
Discipline isn't a personality trait. It's a system you build — or absorb from whoever raised you.

Build the right one now. Your kids are already taking notes.

💬 Busy parents — what's the hardest part of staying consistent? Drop it below.

📌 Save this for the weeks you fall off. And send it to a parent who's been "too busy" — they need the wake-up call.
