✨ Knee Replacement Journey – Week 1 ✨

Swipe to see the adventure… from pre-op calm, to hospital room reality, to a very wrapped-up leg, then the dressed wound, and finally today’s first look underneath.

It’s been a big week, but I’m moving forward every day.
Been keeping up with my PT exercises 3–4 times a day, and both my nurse and PT are happy with my progress.

Not gonna lie — patience isn’t my strongest quality — but I’m learning.
Grateful for good care, supportive friends, and a body that’s doing its best to heal.

Onward. 💪🦵✨
