Before the pandemic I would frequent my favorite local spa for Infrared Sauna treatments. . .
But I was missing the anti-inflammatory benefits & all the other benefits of infrared sauna. So we got a blanket during the lockdown & I gotta say, it works pretty darn good! If you have never tried infrared sauna, here are a few of the health benefits of extreme heat therapy! . .
