🚨 3 METERS FROM A HYENA & TRAPPED BY LIONS! 🦁🥩
My buddy Terry hosted me at his private sanctuary in Ingwelala—an unfenced reserve bordering Kruger National Park. With no fences, no crowds, and no rules stopping wildlife from roaming free, things escalated fast:
🪰 A leopard dragging a fresh kill right at the entrance
🐘 Drone footage tracking a massive bachelor elephant herd
🐾 Foot safari on a dry riverbed with FRESH lion tracks under our boots
🥩 A heavily pregnant hyena crashing our late-night barbecue (3 meters away!)
🦁 Trapped in the pitch-black dark by a mating pair of lions blocking the road
This was easily one of the most intense, surreal stops of the entire trip.
