Fat loss shouldn’t feel overwhelming or intimidating. You only need 3 simple things to get started.

☑️ A small calorie deficit (please stop doing extreme diets!!)
☑️ Strength training
☑️ Consistency

Fat loss is a slowwwww process, especially if you want to keep or build muscle 💪🏻

✨ Let’s build a year of habits that are sustainable ✨

This year, focus on the small habits and nonnegotiables that you can commit to even on your hardest days.

My nonnegotiables:
💧drink water (yes it’s a small goal, that’s the point 😅)
🚶🏼‍♀️‍➡️get 8,000-10,000 steps
🧘🏼‍♀️do some form of movement (it can be just stretching, mobilizing, or a workout, whatever I have the capacity for)
🍽️ eat in a way that fits my goals

Your habits should be aligned with how you want to live your life. There’s no extremes here, just habits that are easy to implement and continue!
