Motherhood added to me. It didn’t erase the woman, the sauce, the confidence, the fun or the VIBE. And lately, part of finding myself again has been remembering that all of those versions of me still get to exist at the same time.

So yes, I can be outside feeling GOOD, have myself a TIME, then come home, take the lashes off and get right back into Mommy mode. 😂 Both are me. Both belong here.

A little while ago, I shared that I was feeling lost. I didn’t have answers then, and truthfully, I still don’t. But maybe finding our way isn’t always about having the answers. Sometimes it’s about finding new language for where we are.

I’m learning to give myself a little more grace in the in-between. To trust that there can still be purpose here, even when I can’t see what’s coming next. And most importantly, to keep showing up without abandoning myself along the way.

For everyone who saw themselves in that first conversation, maybe we’re not as lost as we thought. Maybe we’re simply somewhere between counts. 🫶🏾
