Love or Hate... A.I. tools are all the rage and are here to stay.

It is easy to use and I find it very handy to ask questions and receive a well prepared response. It also provides the background information and references used to create the response.

It is kind of like a research librarian helping you discover information.

The men's rowing team of Great Britain won the gold medal in the 2000 Sydney Olympics after losing race after race for years.

How did they do this?

They found their collective values and committed to it.
They valued winning the gold medal.
And, a simple method to commit: they asked themselves of their decisions "will it make the boat go faster?"

This gave them clarity, motivation, and momentum to succeed.

I recently attended a conference where Joe De Sena, the Founder and CEO of Spartan, shared his principles for optimizing life.

IMHO, the first two were key to everything, 🗣 EVERYTHING! 🗣

Number 1: your true north.

Number 2: commit.

By knowing your true north and committing to it
you are living your values and eliminating excess and excuses.

By knowing and doing these 2 things, you align your life: your relationships, your health, & your wealth (YAY!).

I know... it is hard to believe life can be made that simple!

on people and things that aren't aligned to your true north.
