Sn**ch Balances are about facing your fears.

If you can get the bar to your sternum it’s PLENTY high to sn**ch. You just gotta build your confidence getting under the bar. If you’re afraid of the sn**ch, you should sn**ch balance once a week with a goal of being able to SB more than you can sn**ch.

Yes, I know I don’t finish my leg drive. In a way that actually makes it more impressive…Surviving on speed and this was SLOW 🤣

Sometimes you need to dig out some boulders to get things to tip in your favor.

This project started in December. It’s freaking August.

Literally the first thing we did when we got the keys to this house was send the tall man child up to limb the top branches. Then, our helpful neighbor did the rest with a big chain saw. We left the stump tall for leverage.

On and off again, I’d go out and try to expose as much roots as possible to cut them out. But the land here in the valley is literally all rocks. So I started using a hose to wash away the soil and expose the rocks and roots. Much easier than snagging your tools on rocks and roots.

Got to a point where I thought we were close, so we hooked the van up tried to pull. Wouldn’t budge.

So back to the washing and rock clearing. There were so many boulders under the root ball. No wonder it wouldn’t budge. Once I got half way underneath the stump hollowed out, It tipped with just a few shoves.

So satisfying!!

And yes I know that on the last 7 I didn’t ’t lock out like 32 of them and depth on 8 were questionable.

I just wanted to see what it taste like.

If the workout was written with the intention of being completed in 10 min, but it took you 15 or more minutes because you just HAD to go “RX”, did you actually do it “AS RX”?
