Noor Clothing LLC is a new start-up from San Diego CA. We started with a project to help people become more visible at night while they are active. As we were developing our jacket we realized we have the ability to create the ultimate biking jacket. We created a cycling jacket with over 250 LEDs, turn signals, detachable sleeves and hood, 360° reflective, phone charging, & 6 pockets. Comes in 3 styles. And 12v battery included
