I won my first tournament in the B-Singles Division!

My goal was to try my best and never give up. It wasn’t always pretty, but I fought hard one point at a time…mission accomplished. It helped to have such a great tennis squad to share the experience with too! .365 Congrats to Nate for winning the C-division and to Cacey and Edwin for a great tournament as well! Looking forward to the next one boys!.

Snacking out of a small baggy vs the jar, slowing down when you eat vs inhaling your lunch, or choosing water over a sugary juice or soda can make a huge difference over time. What I learned is that something as simple as picking up a new hobby can become a therapeutic outlet when the go-to things like the gym or journaling are as effective as they used to be.
