To my page people: I am looking for 3-4 women, ages 32-45, with or without any exercise experience, who want to lose about 5-10 lbs / 2-5kg of fat by the end of summer.

Other things I am looking for:
* has very little time to exercise
* hates gyms
* refuses to diet

Since sedentary is the new smoking but somehow people still insist they just don't have time to workout on the job...A great rundown proving even that short walk to lunch makes you more productive and focused at work.

How can fitness professionals help desk jockeys boost their daily activity levels? Perhaps it’s time to change the message. Instead of focusing on the risks of inactivity—which hasn’t made much headway—maybe we should appeal to career-oriented sensibilities and explain how even 5 minutes of movement...

Not my usual post, everyone. Rella is a Tel-Aviv icon! I have never met her, but her reputation as the most kick-ass boot camp coach in the city precedes her! I have had the pleasure of coaching more than one of her bootcampers since she stopped working, so I feel compelled to share this.

I will be attending a mass boot camp on June 2 in her honor, and invite all of my clients in the city to join me to support Rella!
