*might be a long post. I just finished arguably the best workout program I’ve ever done called 80 day obsession. (Previous workouts include P90X, P90X3, T-25, Insanity, 21 Day Fix, Piyo, Slim in 6-all which I LOVED) This one is different! A new workout everyday, a new challenge every day, fool proof laid out nutrition and lots of support! Things I’ve lost in the past 80 days; 5 pounds (learned I don’t give a s**t what the scale says) 10” throughout my entire body (that’s what matters) and cravings for bad foods! Things I’ve gained....confidence in myself to complete something start to finish even though it’s hard AF, the love of foods that are healthy for my body, the example I’m always trying to set for my kids to be active and healthy and lastly a whole hell of a lot of muscle all over my body. I also learned to trust the process. I did not think I would get in this kind of shape in 80 days. I don’t love posting pics of me without a shirt but I’m proud to post this one! Even if it’s not perfect it’s ME!
