Hey friends and fam, I have an app I’d love to share with you

*not an ad* and I really do miss you life has just been a little busy lately (update coming soon 😉)

For those of us who want to stay connected to friends and family without the extra noise of social media, check out the Sofie app.

It’s new, free, and has amazing features. Think of a wellness app but with your friends and loved ones 😊

I know socials can be too much sometimes, but for those of us who live away from our people, it’s sometimes the quickest way to check in and see how everyone is doing.

Personally, I feel like this app can help us stay connected on a deeper level. You can create different circles of peers, friends, family only, or a mixture of everything.

So don’t even try because it’s a loosing battle

Now I’m not saying you should vomit your ugliness to everyone, respect yourself and other people by learning how to manage your emotions

Managing your emotions starts with acknowledging that as a living and breathing human, you have emotions

AND they are not your enemy

No matter what toxic positivity and the patriarchy has led you to believe…
