Any little monkey's around watching what you do? Any BIG monkey's watching what you do?! Do what I say, not what I do! But really, we know we should 'lead by example.' In this episode I remember why I have to be the best version of my-self that I can be. It takes practice and work and growth everyday. It takes making growth and self-improvement a DAILY habit. A practice. A ritual. When I slip, how fast do I get back up and on that horse? What kind of attitude do I display during my failures and setbacks? Who might be taking their cues from ME? Well, the 3 Steps to Flow program is a system that I developed over many years practicing getting into flow states.

I wanted to make a simple, tried and true system for helping anyone experience flow states doing the things that they love.
